Privacy Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Intelioum Tech Group ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it, including rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").
What we collect
This site collects personal information only when you choose to give it to us, through the contact form. That includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide it
- The content of your message
We also automatically process your IP address for a few seconds when you submit the contact form, solely to detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions. That IP-based record is stored for a maximum of one hour and then automatically and permanently deleted. We do not otherwise log, store, or profile IP addresses or browsing activity on this site.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this site as of the effective date above. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, as described in the Cookies section below.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services
- Keep a record of business inquiries and client communications
- Protect this website and our systems from spam and abuse
Our legal basis for this processing, under GDPR, is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating this website securely, and, where you are considering entering into an engagement with us, the steps necessary to prepare for that engagement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and manage business communications:
- A customer relationship management (CRM) system, where contact form submissions are recorded so our team can follow up.
- Cloudflare, our website hosting and security infrastructure provider, which processes standard web request data (such as IP address) as part of delivering and securing the site.
These providers only process personal information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us. Where personal information is transferred outside the country in which you are located, including to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions, and any resulting business records, are kept for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. The IP address processed for spam prevention is automatically deleted after one hour, with no manual step required.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request erasure of your information
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Your rights under CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to respond to your inquiry. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out mechanism or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is required, and we do not currently use technology that would be affected by Global Privacy Control signals.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be reflected here.
